Clients
Introduction
From the Clients section, you can access information about end users (individuals or legal entities) who are using a product with technology provided by Pomelo. This section is specially designed to quickly access all user context and facilitate customer service and query resolution.
It is possible to search for a particular user using their document number.
Once the user is identified, from here the operator can:

| Update their personal data to keep the information up to date. For example, their address or phone number. | Modify the user's status from Active to Blocked or vice versa. | It is a 360-degree view of the user to consult their personal information and the products they have active. |
