Access all your users' information from a single place.


Users

Go to the Users section in the Dashboard to view all data for your individual customers.

  • Full name
  • User ID
  • Date of birth
  • Tax identification
  • Email
  • Gender
  • Phone number
  • Address information
  • User status

In addition, you’ll see whether the customer has associated cards, credit lines, companies, deliveries, accounts, as well as their most recent transactions and chargebacks. This lets you access all the information in one place, and if you need more detail, you can go into each specific section.

User status

🟢 ACTIVEThe user can operate with their card or account.
🔴 BLOCKEDThe user cannot perform transactions with their card or account.

Select “Change status” from the three dots menu to activate or deactivate users. For the reason, choose “Internal reason.” If you prefer, you can also change the status using our Modify user API.

Create a user from the Dashboard

Creating a user is one of the essential steps to issue a card. In other words, to offer a card to your customer, you must first create their user profile.

You can easily create a user from the Dashboard by simply entering their email.

To assign a card to the user, you’ll need to complete additional information, unless you use our KYC service. In that case, we’ll automatically update their information once we verify their identity.

Create a user via API

Use the Create user API and complete the required information according to the country where you operate:

Important: each user must have a unique email address. The combination of identity document type and value must also be unique.

Edit user

You can edit all personal, contact, and address details of your users until their identity is validated through KYC. After that, the data cannot be changed, but you can still update the user’s status.
