Introduction

The daily settlement section of the Dashboard is designed for you to check the daily debt that is generated as your customers use your cards, and that you must pay to the Brand Networks to settle the transactions and stay up-to-date with daily settlement flows.

In this section, only daily settlement debts will be available
For now, debts related to Pre-funding, Collateral, Tax Refunds, and/or Invoicing will be presented to you directly via email or SFTP.

Debt calculation

We generate settlements every day at 2:45 pm (GMT-3). You will have until 2:30 pm (GMT-3) the following day to pay them, except on Fridays, when the deadline is 5:00 pm (GMT-3) on the same day.

From 5:00 pm (GMT-3) on Fridays, payments cannot be reported until the Sunday settlement is generated, which will include the accumulated debts from the last settled settlement until that day.

On Saturdays and Sundays, you cannot settle debts as we will not be able to confirm the payments. For this reason, the Sunday debt includes Saturday's presentations as part of the remaining debt.

Payment report

In the payment report, we will ask you to enter the amount paid and attach the receipt. If you do not report a payment on any given day, you will see the debt reflected in the next settlement.

Keep in mind:

If you pay in local currencyWhen making a payment that exceeds the total amount of your debt, the resulting positive balance will be kept as a balance in local currency and will be used to cancel future domestic and international debts.
If you pay in international currencyWhen making a payment that exceeds the total amount of your debt, the resulting positive balance will be kept as a balance in international currency and will be used to cancel future domestic and international debts.
If you pay in multiple currenciesWhen making a payment that exceeds the total amount of your debt in one currency, the resulting positive balance will be kept as a balance in that currency and will be used to cancel future debts in that currency.

Considerations for 🇦🇷 Argentina

  • For the international amount, we will consider the exchange rate (Currency quotation) of the Banco de la Nación Argentina from the previous closed day (D-1) (BNA exchange rate) plus 1% on the BNA exchange rate.
  • The USD debt that you do not pay off will be updated daily using the exchange rate (Currency Quote) of the Banco de la Nación Argentina from the previous closed day (D-1) (BNA Exchange Rate) plus 1% on the BNA exchange rate.
The conditions mentioned above may vary due to commercially agreed conditions.
