Daily Settlement

Check and report the daily debt payment for your clients' transactions.

What is this section for?

Check your daily settlements

The Daily Settlement section of the Dashboard is designed for you to check the debt generated each day by your clients' transactions. Here, you can track the status of all your settlements and ensure you stay up to date with payments. Find this information in the "Settlements" tab.

Report your transactions

In this part of the Dashboard, you must report each of your transfers to settle your daily settlement. You can track these money inflows and outflows from the "Transactions" tab.

Check your available balance

From this section, you can also monitor any available balance in your account. Each time you have an available balance, we will use it to cover your next settlement. It’s important to send the necessary monetary reinforcements whenever we request them, especially to cover weekend and non-working holiday settlements.

How does this section work?

Amount to transfer

In this part of the section, you’ll find, each business day, the amount you need to transfer to cover that day's domestic and international requests.

We generate a new settlement every day at 2:45 pm (GTM-3). You’ll have until 2:30 pm (GMT-3) the next day to transfer the required funds for the debit, except on Fridays when the cutoff time is 5:00 pm (GMT-3) on the same day. For more information about the process, access the Daily Settlement Training.

To learn more about the breakdown of the request, click on "View Details." From there, you can also download a file containing all the transactions included in that request. The requested amount may consist of the following items:

ItemDescription
Domestic PresentationsAmount for transactions processed within the country by your clients with cards.
International PresentationsAmount for transactions processed outside the country by your clients with cards.
Reinforcement 🇲🇽 Mexico and 🇨🇴 ColombiaWe will request this reinforcement to cover settlements on non-working days, that is, weekends or non-working holidays.
Reinforcement 🇦🇷 ArgentinaWe will request this reinforcement to cover the dollar purchases needed for your upcoming international settlements. For more information, access our operational training on Daily Settlement.
ChargebacksAmount related to fees you need to cover due to disputes or chargeback returns.
Manual AdjustmentsSpecific adjustments in your settlement in case corrections are needed for amounts not properly reflected in the presentations.
Available BalanceAmounts in your favor from previous payments or transfers that we deduct from the requested amount to cover the day's request.

When transferring the corresponding amount, you must notify us of this movement from "Report Transfer," so we can record it in our system and it impacts your settlement status for that day.

Available Balance

On the main screen of the section, you can see if you have an available balance, which we will always use to settle the next settlement.

This balance accumulates whenever you make a transfer for more than the amount requested for that day or when you send additional funds to cover non-working days.

In the "Transactions" tab, you can find details of all money inflows and outflows, and see specifically when there is an available balance from any of those movements.

In the case of 🇵🇪 Peru and 🇦🇷 Argentina, there will be an available balance breakdown for international and domestic use.

Transfer Report

After each transfer, you must report it so that we can verify the movement and reflect the deposit in the Dashboard.

It is essential that after making each transfer, you report it so our team can identify it, avoiding incorrect debt accumulation.

Select "Report Transfer" on the main screen. Here, we will ask you to enter the amount sent and attach the proof. If you fail to report a payment one day, the debt will appear in the next settlement.

If you transfer more than the requested amount in 🇵🇪 Peru and 🇦🇷 Argentina, please clarify it in the report. That day, we will cover the settlement, and all remaining funds will go to your available balance for international use.

Settlements

In this section’s tab, you will find your current settlement and a list of all previous ones. You’ll see their date, ID, amount, and status. The possible statuses are as follows:

StatusDescription
UPCOMING DEBITThis is the initial status of each settlement. You have not yet made the payment, and the due date has not yet passed.
PAIDYou have reported your payment, and our team has approved it.
PARTIAL DEBTYou have not fully paid the invoice, and part of the debt remains outstanding. You will see the remaining debt reflected in the next settlement.
OVERDUEYou did not make the settlement payment by the due date. This debt will appear in the next settlement.

Click on any settlement in the list to view its details. You’ll find the items comprising that settlement, the amount of each, the exchange rate of that date, the option to download those settlements, etc.

Additionally, you can export them in bulk from "Export Settlements."

Transactions

In this tab of the section, you’ll find a list of all money inflows and outflows for each settlement payment. The possible movements are as follows:

MovementDescription
TransferThis movement will appear each time you report a transfer, and we confirm it. We will use this balance to pay your daily settlement, and any excess will appear in your available balance.
Pending Transfer ConfirmationThis movement will appear when you report a transfer that our team has not yet confirmed.
Debit for SettlementThis movement will appear each time we debit funds to settle your daily settlement.
Rejected TransferThis movement will appear if you report a transfer that we reject. The primary reason for this is if we cannot find your transfer in our bank account. If this happens, our team will contact you.

Click on any movement in the list to see its details. You’ll find information such as the date, time, reported transferred amount, the corresponding exchange rate, and the associated settlement.

Additionally, you can export them in bulk from "Export Transactions."

In the case of 🇵🇪 Peru and 🇦🇷 Argentina, there will be a separate tab for international and domestic transactions.
