Cards

Introduction

From the Cards section you can manage the product and resolve any inquiries from an end user. It has three subsections:

Issued cards

Allows you to track all issued cards and modify their status.

Individual and Batch Shipments

You can track the shipment of each individual card or batch. You can also request a new batch of cards. To learn more about the states and how they work, you can refer to the Distribution service article.

Transactions

You can view and manage the transactions generated with the cards.

Chargebacks

You will be able to report your chargebacks of the Fraud or Controversy type.
