Owners of ATMs, acquirers, and card issuers are allowed to charge a commission or fee to your customers for using the ATM.

This is a basic functionality of our processor, in which you can charge your customers what comes already summarized in the local_amount. If you prefer, you can credit it.

To improve your customer experience, you can show them broken down, in their movements, what part of the operation was for the withdrawal and what part was for the fee.
