Digital Movements

With Digital Movements, you can create transactions to debit or credit digital money in your customers' accounts. It is a flexible service that allows transactions to be adjusted to the use cases of your business, such as granting cashbacks.

How to make a digital movement

• Use our API to authorize digital movements. This will allow you to define the type of transaction, such as cashin, bank_transfer_in, cashout, client_payment, etc.
• Via Dashboard from the option to create a manual movement. The transaction type will always be manual_movement.

Use the Dashboard to make a digital movement

From the Accounts or Transactions section within Digital accounts. Another option is to do it from the detail of the account you want to affect with the movement. In all cases, you will see an "Actions" button where you will have to click to generate a manual movement.

What you will be asked:

• The ID of the account that you are going to impact with the movement.
• To select the type of movement between debit or credit.
• To enter the amount.
• To indicate the reason for the movement.

P2P Movements

These are transfers between two Pomelo accounts, recording a debit in one account and a credit in another. This allows your customers to transact without the need for a banking system connection.

Additionally, you can generate transactions between a legal entity account of your ownership and your customers' accounts, to grant them cashbacks, loans, and more.
