Invalid sessions

Learn in detail the reasons why a session could not be validated.

Why was the session invalid?

There are several reasons why a session may end in a NOT VALIDATED state. In each of these cases, from the Dashboard we will show you an error message with the details of what happened and we will inform you of the session ID so that you can verify the step that failed. You can also obtain session information via the API.
