We explain you about some processes you will need to follow to keep the operation active and comply with regulations.

Fraud prevention and management

We offer a real-time Fraud Prevention tool that is fully integrated into our Digital Accounts solution. That means that you won't have any extra integration effort.

The tool allows you to adjust transaction approval rules to fit your preferred risk level. This way, you can control and adjust the level of risk you're willing to take.

In addition, we have specialized teams in creating and managing approval models that will provide you with fraud prevention content, training, and analysis of opportunities to reduce risk or increase approval rates.

In Brazil, we have a specialized team in Infringement and Refunds Management (special refund mechanism, MED) for Pix. This team will assist you with fraud reports and refund requests, providing the best practices and regulatory requirements.

Important: The special refund mechanism (MED) applies only to fraud or operational errors that occur within the Pix platform. Frauds committed outside the platform will not be reimbursed.


Reconciliation is a fundamental process to avoid inconsistencies and correctly record transactions and balances.

We will perform daily checks, and if we find any transaction or balance differences, we will make the necessary adjustments.

In addition, if you need it for your own controls, we will share daily reports of all transactions and balances via SFTP.
